Your account and travel activity

Plan It Let’s Go uses your account details to sign you in and provide travel learning. We store your profile, learning progress, saved items, country lists, and stories or advice you submit. Uploaded photos and illustrated entries are processed to provide the features you request.

Your account-owned information is private unless you choose to share your traveler profile or content. Sharing settings determine what other signed-in travelers can see. You can adjust your profile and remove your own stories or advice in Me.

Services that support the app

Lovable Cloud provides account, storage and app services. Stripe processes subscription payments. Authentication providers process information when you choose their sign-in option. Requested AI features process the information needed to create responses or illustrations.

Google Ads measurement

When advertising tracking is permitted, Google Ads receives advertising cookie information, device and browser information, page addresses and completed-new-account events. We use these to measure advertising and help Google optimize ads toward signups. A random event identifier helps prevent duplicate signup reports; it is not your account ID.

We do not send your email, name, profile photo, stories or advice for Google customer matching. Page addresses supplied to the tag exclude query parameters and fragments. No signup monetary value is supplied by the app.

We request consent in the EEA, United Kingdom, Switzerland and Quebec. If a location cannot be resolved, we ask for consent as a precaution; country-only Canadian location is treated cautiously. Tracking stays blocked there until you accept. Elsewhere ordinary advertising measurement may run without a banner, but an explicit rejection is honored everywhere.

Acceptance and rejection are equally available. Use Cookie settings below to change or withdraw your choice at any time. Opening settings alone does not change your choice. We retain the choice, time and notice version in this browser, and record the relevant choice and region with a signup measurement decision. Previous acceptance evidence is preserved when you withdraw. Blocked signup events are not sent later if you subsequently accept.

Rejecting does not affect access to learning. Changes apply to new events and other open tabs in this browser; withdrawal does not undo information already sent. Browser or device choices are separate, and clearing browser storage removes that browser’s saved choices.

Meta (Facebook and Instagram) measurement

When advertising tracking is permitted, Meta Platforms receives advertising cookie information, device and browser information, page addresses, page views and completed-new-account events through the Meta Pixel. We use these to measure our Facebook and Instagram ads and help Meta show them to people likely to sign up. We do not send your email, name or profile photo to Meta. You can withdraw at any time in Cookie settings; tracking stops immediately.

Your choices and requests

You can change your profile and sharing settings in Me, edit or delete your entries, and withdraw advertising permission through Cookie settings. For privacy or account-data requests, email info@planitletsgo.com.
